What facial should I book?If you can’t pick by the description, book the classic and we’ll decide once I see you in person and analyze your skin.

Can I still come in for a service even though I see a dermatologist?Yes! If you’re using prescriptions, stop using them a few days before service and be sure to let me know you’re under their care when you come in.

What is a facial?A facial is a professional skin care treatment including skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and treatment mask.

Should I get a facial the day of my event?Never get a facial the day of your event, we don’t want any surprises.

Does a facial hurt?The extraction step isn’t everyone’s favorite. It can be uncomfortable for some more than others.

How often should I get a facial?My professional recommendation is that you get a facial at least every 4 weeks so that you can see results.

Are there different types of facials?There are many types of facials, each one for a specific concern.

Can I wear makeup after my facial?I wouldn't recommend applying makeup directly after your service so that we avoid any irritation. If you would like to wear it later in the day, that is fine.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?I understand things come up! Please just be sure to contact me to cancel your appointment before the day of your service. Cancelling your appointment the day of will result in a $25 cancellation fee.

What happens if I am late to my appointment?Every client has a courtesy window of 15 minutes after their appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a $25 appointment cancellation fee to your card on file.
